Returns & Refunds

You may return a product within 14 days of purchase for a refund. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees charged at checkout are non-refundable, including on orders that qualified for free shipping — that amount is paid directly to the carrier and isn't retained by Zatik Naturals.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from zatiknatural.com. We can't refund or replace products purchased through another retailer, online or in person.
