Mineral finish & your skin tone
Zinc-based mineral sunscreen may leave a visible white cast, which can appear more noticeable or ashy on deeper skin tones. The finish varies with skin tone and application; an invisible finish is not guaranteed. When comparing options, tinted formulas add color, while “sheer” does not necessarily mean invisible on every skin tone. We have not verified a tint match or cast-free finish for this formula.
To explore the finish, test along your jawline and check in natural light after the product has settled. For application: start with clean, dry skin, dot the sunscreen across your face and neck, then spread gently and evenly, taking care around the hairline and jawline. Use the full amount and follow the application and reapplication directions on the label; do not use less to reduce visible cast.
