Recipe: Raw Chocolates with Black Seed Oil

Ingredients:

  • 5 Tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 4 Tbsp honey (we used Manuka for an extra prebiotic boost, but any good-quality honey will work)

  • 2 Tbsp Zatik Naturals Organic Black Seed Oil

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or disks

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • Silicone or ice cube mold

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine raw cacao, honey, and black seed oil. Stir until smooth.

  2. In a steamer (or double boiler), gently melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil, stirring frequently.

  3. Once the chocolate is melted and slightly cooled, pour it over the cacao mixture and mix until thick and velvety.

  4. Spoon the mixture into your silicone mold.

  5. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts (or your favorite nuts/seeds for crunch).

  6. Freeze until solid.

  7. Pop them out and enjoy your bite-sized powerhouse treats!
