Creator Content & Usage Terms

At Zatik Naturals, we collaborate with creators who align with our commitment to clean, bioactive, and thoughtfully formulated products.

By accepting gifted products, creating content, or engaging with Zatik Naturals as a creator, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Creation

You agree to create original photo and/or video content featuring Zatik Naturals products in an authentic and brand-aligned manner.

2. Posting Requirements

When sharing content, you agree to:

• Tag @ZatikNaturals (or designated account)
• Use the hashtag #zatiknaturals

3. Grant of Rights (Content Usage)

By accepting products and/or creating content, you grant Zatik Naturals a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Use, reproduce, edit, and publish your content
• Adapt content for marketing and advertising purposes
• Distribute content across all channels, including:
  • Website and e-commerce (including Amazon listings)
  • Social media (organic and paid advertising)
  • Email, SMS, and digital campaigns
  • Retail, print, and promotional materials

This includes use in paid advertising, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.

4. No Additional Compensation

Products are provided as a gift unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No additional compensation is required for content usage rights granted under these terms.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your original content while granting Zatik Naturals full usage rights as outlined above.

6. Compliance & Disclosures

You agree to comply with all applicable guidelines, including FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., #gifted, #ad, where applicable).

Content must not include:

• False, misleading, or unverified claims
• Medical or drug claims not compliant with applicable regulations

7. Brand Alignment

Zatik Naturals reserves the right to request edits or removal of content that does not align with brand standards or regulatory guidelines.

8. Raw Content (If Requested)

You agree to provide original/raw content files upon request for editing and marketing purposes.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting, retaining, or using Zatik Naturals products, or by creating or publishing content featuring the products, you agree to these Terms in full.
